- At your local Total Wireless store or National Retailer
What if I’m enrolled in Auto Pay?
You’ll continue to stay connected automatically with your current plan. No action is required.
Will I be able to continue to use the My Total app?
Yes, but you will need to update the app and the name will change to My Total Wireless.
